1.Mechanical properties GB/T 1176, single cast test rod, tensile strength ≥220MPa, bending strength ≥130MPa, elongation ≥3%, Brinell hardness ≥80HBW;

2.The casting tolerance shall be GB/T 6414-DCTG6-GCTG7, the outer surface roughness Ra 6.3, the residual convex of runner and cap shall be within the blank tolerance range, the pits shall not affect the size evaluation of the machine, and there shall be no casting defects that affect the use function.

3.Low power requirements: the surface of the casting is not allowed to have cracks, pores, feather crystals; Small surface inclusions are not allowed, large surface inclusions are not allowed greater than 0.5mm²; grain size and porosity ≤3 grade;

4.After the reference hole machine is added (after cutting about Imm), no loose holes larger than Imm' are allowed.
